The coir fibers are attached to the base with glue. As a result, not all fibers are held with the same intensity, and at the beginning of use, it is perfectly normal for some fibers to come loose.

For cleaning, use a dry method. Use a brush, do not use water, and do not machine wash.

Each doormat is made from the husk of approximately 25 coconuts. First, the husks are "cured" in coastal lagoons where they are harvested, then they are beaten by hand to extract the fiber.
