Billy Butcher smashes his way into Youtooz with what can only be described as a blatant disregard for human safety! Standing 4.6 inches tall, he grasps the unassuming weapon of mass destruction, the white-clad laser baby, in two outstretched hands threatening a smoking death to anyone who crosses his path. His messy black hair is sculpted back while a strained grimace crosses his sturdy bearded face as he assesses the situation. Always casual but ready for a punch, he wears a long, flowing black trench coat over a gray and white palm-patterned Hawaiian shirt with black pants tucked into combat boots. The exterior of his package sees Billy put to full use. the laser baby as he fights his way through a hospital nursery. While the interior surrounds it with a white brick wall scribbled with graffiti, this then continues onto the protective sleeve with the wall splattered in blood and printed with "The Boys" logo on the back.
