Together, they have devised 10 plans to destroy Gotham City. Will the Joker and his cronies be able to destroy Gotham City and escape before Batman and his allies stop them? Draw one of the Joker's 10 evil plans and then create your own scenarios. Choose your side and play as a villain or a hero to save or destroy the city!
